Welcome to this years Modified Moon Shadow Run! We are excited to be offering a physical distanced version of our annual event! $5 Registration benefits our local KidSport Chapter We are giving you a window of time to complete your run, so there is NO START TIME. In fact, we will be ready to send you out from the starting line anytime between 11 am - 6:30 pm. You can start your run anytime within that time frame, however, we will control starts to manage number of people gathered to run. Please run with your own cohort. Maximum participant numbers will apply. The majority of this run consists of gentle rolling shale trails along the creek. These trails are 2 person wide in most places. There are a few short paved sections but any running on the road is kept to a minimum. For this year, we will have a peace officer stationed on course for your safety, but NO WATER OR AID STATIONS. Please Bring your own water for the duration of the run. No pets, bikes, strollers, roller-blades, or skateboards on the running course. Please register at www.MoonShadowRun.ca
