We, the Council for the Town of Pincher Creek are aware of the complaints brought against the Pincher Creek Emergency Services Commission.   Pincher Creek Emergency Services Commission is a separate organization with its own management body.  We wish to assure our residents that the complaint is an employment/personnel issue between the two former employees and the Pincher Creek Emergency Services Commission and is being processed in accordance to employment best practices.

The Town respects the privacy of all the parties concerned, and will offer no further comment, other than to say that we strive to be both a welcoming and inclusive community and that we appreciate the hard work of our emergency services.
