STEP Program for Business

December 31, 2018

Alberta Labour is pleased to announce the launch of an online portal for STEP 2019 applications.
Starting January 3, 2019, you can submit and follow up on all of the necessary forms and paperwork for STEP through Labour’s new Workforce Grants Portal. Additionally, you can view the status of applications in real time.

To ensure the process is as seamless as possible, STEP encourages you to prepare for the online system by registering for a MyAlberta Digital ID for Business account now, so you are ready to apply for STEP when it becomes available. Registration is easy and it is a one-time process. To assist in this process, please refer to the attached instructions.

STEP 2019 will be open January 3 to February 8, 2019. In January, please be sure to review the Applicant Guide at before applying.
