Event Description :
A Session on Responding to Requests for Proposals in a Changing Business Landscape By Jeanette A. Davis, ProDoc Proposals Pincher Creek The business landscape is continuously evolving. For companies to stay competitive, they must adapt to changing trends in procurement. While in the past, companies could submit a simple quote, they are now often required to submit packages containing comprehensive information about their businesses. Jeanette Davis of ProDoc Proposals, is an accomplished proposal writer, who has been working with businesses to develop competitive proposals for over a decade. She will be hosting a session on proposal development in Pincher Creek. This session is ideal for anyone who wants to grow their business by submitting proposals triggered by Requests for Proposals, (RFP’s), Requests for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s). It will provide information on navigating public tendering sites, making sound bidding decisions and submitting proposals that stand out from the competition. The session will include a presentation and several interactive components. This session is right for your business if you: - would like to grow your business - would like to start working with government - are currently submitting proposals to work with government but aren't winning the bids - would like to learn more about the bidding process - are building your business resume or portfolio - want your local governments to use more local contractors This workshop is hosted by the Town of Pincher Creek.
