Can I pay in installments throughout the year instead of one lump sum?

Many people prefer to take advantage of our Monthly Tax Installation Payment Program (TIPP).  Here’s how it works:

  • The most recent tax levy on your property is divided by 12 months
  • From January to June we debit your account for this amount
  • In May you will receive your Tax/Assessment Notice showing the actual levy for the current year and the adjusted amount you will pay on TIPP starting with your July payment

You may sign up for this program by December 15th of the year prior to deductions being taken out.  Exceptions may be made to the above deadline by contacting the Town Office or you can download the application here which you can drop off at the Town Hall.  For more information click here.

Joint Funding Form and Deadline
September 12, 2018
Applications for the 2019 Grant Funding Program will be accepted until September 12, 2018. All applications must be completed in full and submitted on the prescribed form. Application forms are available at the Town and MD Administration offices and on their respective websites. This will be the only opportunity for 2019 Joint Council Grant Funding.
